Responsibilities:
- Evaluate patients and create individualized plans of care
- Deliver hands-on, patient centered treatment and education
- Monitor progress and adjust care plans to achieve meaningful outcomes

Treat conditions including (but not limited to):
- Pelvic pain and dysfunction
- Urinary and fecal incontinence
- Pelvic organ prolapse
- Pregnancy and postpartum conditions
- Post‑surgical pelvic rehabilitation
Qualifications:
Required:
-
Licensed Physical Therapist (or ability to obtain licensure in the state of practice)

Passion for evidence-based, patient centered care
-
CPR and first aid certification required
-
Prior pelvic experience is not required—structured training and ongoing support will be provided.

About:
Compensation: $80,000 – $100,000 + inclusive of productivity incentives. Benefits include generous paid time off, medical, dental, vision, disability, and 401(K) with a 4% employer match.
