What You’ll Do
As a Table Games Dealer, you’ll be at the center of the action:
Deal Blackjack, Roulette, Craps, Poker, and more with confidence and precision
Create a fun, engaging atmosphere while delivering top-notch guest service
Manage wagers, pay out winnings, and keep games running smoothly
Ensure fairness, accuracy, and compliance with all regulations
Handle player questions and resolve issues with professionalism
What We’re Looking For
High School Diploma or GED required
Completion of dealer training or at least 6 months of dealing experience
Ability to deal Craps and/or at least two major games (Blackjack, Roulette, Pai Gow Poker, Baccarat)
Strong customer service and communication skills
A friendly, energetic attitude and attention to detail
What to Expect

Standing and moving around the gaming floor throughout your shift
