Duties
- Coordinate production schedules with sales teams to meet customer demands and delivery deadlines
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries related to orders, delivery timelines, and product specifications
- Assist in processing sales orders accurately and efficiently while ensuring alignment with production capacity
- Collaborate with production teams to monitor progress, resolve bottlenecks, and optimize workflow efficiency
- Maintain detailed records of sales activities, production updates, and customer interactions for reporting purposes
- Support the development of sales strategies by providing insights on production capabilities and timelines
- Ensure high standards of customer service by promptly addressing issues or concerns and providing timely updates
Skills
- Proven experience in customer service or sales roles with excellent communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Knowledge of production processes or manufacturing environments is a plus
- Ability to work collaboratively across departments to achieve common goals
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Positive attitude with a proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement
Pay: $25.00 – $35.00 per hour
