Responsibilities
Perform general floor inspections on production parts throughout the manufacturing process.
Conduct visual inspections to identify defects, nonconformities, or cosmetic issues on parts.
Use precision inspection tools such as micrometers, calipers, micro gauges, and hand gauges to verify part dimensions.
Complete first piece, first article, and last piece inspections to validate production runs against specifications.
Read and interpret blueprints to determine required dimensions, tolerances, and inspection criteria.
Document inspection results accurately and clearly, following established quality procedures.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Experience inspecting injection molded components is beneficial.
Familiarity with general quality inspection practices in an open shop environment.
Ability to adapt to working around machinery while maintaining focus on quality.
Strong communication skills to clearly report inspection findings.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $18.00 – $18.00/hr.
