Role Description

This full-time position as a Financial Reports Specialist with Aderant, Power BI, and SSRS expertise is based in the Washington DC-Baltimore Area and is a hybrid role, allowing for some remote work flexibility. The role involves developing financial reports and dashboards using Aderant, Power BI, and SSRS, analyzing financial data, supporting financial planning initiatives, and providing insights for business decision-making. You will interact with cross-functional teams to identify and communicate trends and findings to stakeholders for process improvements.

Qualifications

• Recent experience with Aderant, Power BI, and SSRS
• Strong expertise in Financial Planning and Finance methodologies
• Proven Analytical Skills for deriving insights and making data-driven recommendations
• Experience in Financial Reporting, including expertise in tools like Aderant, Power BI, and SSRS
• Excellent Communication skills for collaborating with stakeholders and presenting complex information effectively
• Proficiency in leveraging data visualization tools to create user-friendly reports and dashboards
• Knowledge of the legal, financial, or related industries is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Analytics, Computer Science, or a related field

Must Have Requirements :

• 3+ years of work experience with SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS)
• 2+ years of work experience with Aderant
• 3+ years of work experience with Microsoft Power BI
