Job Description:
We are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Exterior Cleaner with aspriation to grow into a leadership role. As an Exterior Cleaner, you will be responsible for performing a variety of cleaning tasks to ensure the cleanliness and aesthetic appeal of our clients properties. This role offers an opportunity to work outdoors, interact with clients, and contribute to the beautification of neighborhoods and businesses. Roofing and ladder experience is a most in order to be accepted for this position.

Responsibilities:

-Pays close attention to quality

Problem solving and adjusting when the job calls for it to do it a different way.
– Perform exterior cleaning services such as pressure washing, house/building washes, gutter cleaning, and roof cleaning.
– Use specialized equipment and cleaning solutions to achieve optimal results.
– Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
– Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and address any concerns.
– Maintain equipment and vehicles in good working condition.
– Complete assigned tasks efficiently and within specified timeframes.
– Uphold company standards of professionalism and quality.

Requirements:
– No prior experience in exterior cleaning or related field needed.
– Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
– Strong attention to detail and ability to deliver high-quality results.
– Excellent communication and customer service skills.
– Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team.

– Have a yes sir attitude when told to do something.
– Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
– Willingness to undergo training and certification as needed.
– Roofing and/or OSHA experience/training

Hours will vary in the beginning while training is happening. Once fully trained hours will be typically Monday through Friday 8am-5:30pm. Depending on the needs of the business there will be earlier or later shifts and sometimes weekends to accommodate business hours of operations that we or you are cleaning. Overtime will be available based on company needs on a week to week basis.

Pay to start between 20-23 dollars an hour.
Easter, 4th of July, Thanksgiving and Christmas to be paid time off.

We typically do question through indeed, text or over a call prior to scheduling an interview. We then do a working interview to see how a candidate performs. We then do a drug screening prior to offer a position. We are a drug free company.

Interviews will be scheduled anytime between 6am-9pm.

Pay: $21.00 – $23.00 per hour
