Pay Rate: $19/hr.
Start Date: June 15
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 6:30 PM EST (Rotational shifts based on business needs)
Duration: 12 Months
Locations (Must be local):
OH: Columbus, Whitehall, Detroit, Sylvania, Cincinnati, Beaver Creek, Cleveland
PA: Pittsburgh, Philadelphia, Berwyn
WV: South Charleston
Key Responsibilities:
Handle customer inquiries via Phone, Chat, and Email
Support utility services such as Electricity, Water, and Gas
Document interactions and assist with issue resolution
Required Experience:
2+ years Customer Service experience
1+ year Call Center experience
6+ months Utilities experience
High School Diploma or GED
Requirements:
Reliable internet connection
Quiet workspace
