This role works closely alongside leadership and plays an important part in maintaining organization, communication, and operational efficiency across active projects and day-to-day activities.

Role Description

– Drive to meetings, project sites, and business events

– Assist with scheduling and travel coordination

– Organize project folders, site documentation, and field photos

– Visit active project sites and upload progress updates

– Track action items and project follow-up tasks

– Support proposal coordination and business development efforts

– Help maintain operational organization and workflow efficiency

– Assist with general operational coordination as needed

Qualifications

– Clean driving record required

– Texas DMV Type 3 driving record required during application process

– Professional appearance and communication skills

– Strong organizational and time management abilities

– Dependable, proactive, and detail-oriented

– Comfortable driving a full-size SUV

– Comfortable handling confidential information professionally

– Technology proficient and adaptable

Position Details

– Part-time W2 position

– Approximately 3–4 days per week

– Typical hours: 8:00 AM – 3:00 PM

– Compensation based on experience

This is not a traditional assistant role. We are looking for someone who can help improve operational efficiency, support project coordination, and contribute to the continued growth of the business.
