Digital Content Coordinator

Location: New York, NY | Hybrid | Reports to: Head of Growth

Overview: Grown Alchemist is seeking a Digital Content Coordinator to join our North America Digital team. You will support our content and brand ecosystem, helping to execute storytelling and delivery across every digital touchpoint, from top-of-funnel paid media and influencer to mid-funnel email, SMS, and onsite. This role is highly cross-functional: you will help coordinate work between our global creative team, paid media agency, brand team, and digital leadership, ensuring content is delivered on-brand, on time, and aligned to commercial priorities.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES

Content Calendar Coordination

• Maintain and coordinate the digital content calendar across all channels, including site, email, SMS, paid media, social, influencer, and emerging marketplaces
• Support the Head of Growth in executing content plans aligned to commercial priorities, budget allocation, and campaign timelines
• Support the Head of Digital in ensuring content is in place for all DTC moments, including site refreshes, promotional windows, product launches, and seasonal pushes
• Maintain a single source of truth for content planning across teams and stakeholders
• Coordinate with brand and channel stakeholders to track deliverables and keep work on schedule

Creative Briefing and Production

• Draft and traffic creative briefs for the global creative team and external partners under the direction of digital leadership
• Collaborate with the global creative team to deliver on-brand content assets across all formats and placements
• Coordinate with our paid media agency to ensure creative assets are delivered on time, properly spec’d, and aligned to channel best practices
• Maintain a structured review and approval process for all content, with clear versioning and feedback loops

Paid Media and Performance Content

• Support the paid media agency in trafficking and refreshing paid social creative, including helping execute creative tests
• Work with the global social media manager to identify top-performing organic content and coordinate repurposing for paid amplification
• Ensure all paid creative is aligned to brand voice, campaign objectives, and channel-specific requirements
• Track paid content performance and share learnings to inform future briefs and creative direction

Influencer and Creator Content

• Partner with the Market Brand Manager to coordinate paid creator briefing, ensuring creative direction, messaging, and deliverables are clearly defined
• Support the process of securing usage rights for creator content across paid and organic channels
• Support content planning for influencer campaigns, including creative direction, usage strategy, and cross-channel amplification
• Adapt content for TikTok Shop and emerging retail partner platforms under direction

Email, SMS, and CRM

• Execute content production and copywriting for email and SMS campaigns, working within Klaviyo to plan, build, and deploy sends aligned to the commercial calendar
• Support the ecommerce and digital teams on CRM journeys, lifecycle messaging, and promotional content
• Ensure email and SMS content is consistent with the broader campaign narrative and on-brand across all touchpoints
• Track email and SMS performance metrics and share insights with the team

Ecommerce and Site Content

• Support development of ecommerce content assets, including ATF, BTF, and PDPs, across DTC, Amazon, and key retail partners
• Coordinate with the Head of Digital and Ecommerce Associate Manager to ensure content supports site priorities, promotion windows, and product launches
• Liaise with the affiliate marketing agency on content and promotional calendar needs, ensuring affiliate partners are equipped to drive DTC sales

Reporting and Optimization

• Track content performance across channels, compiling data from paid, email, social, and ecommerce into shareable summaries
• Maintain a regular content performance reporting cadence for internal stakeholders
• Share performance data to support ongoing improvements to creative quality, channel fit, and storytelling approach

CANDIDATE PROFILE

• 1-2 years of relevant experience; preferably in content marketing, digital creative, or brand marketing. Ideally in beauty, wellness, or lifestyle
• A strong creative eye with a clear understanding of what performs across paid, organic, and email channels
• Experience supporting a content calendar and helping coordinate delivery across multiple stakeholders
• Familiarity with the creative briefing process and working with internal or external creative teams
• Hands-on experience with email and SMS platforms, Klaviyo preferred
• Understanding of paid social content and creative testing principles
• Strong project management, communication, and organizational skills
• Bonus: experience with TikTok Shop, Airtable, Google Drive, or Canva
