SUMMARY:

My client in JETPARK is looking for an experienced and detail-oriented AR Debtors Clerk / Administrator to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in debtors, be comfortable working on accounting systems, and have a proven track record in managing accounts receivable functions efficiently.

POSITION INFO:

Minimum Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in a Debtors / Accounts Receivable role
• Solid experience working on an accounting system (any system – not industry-specific)
• Strong reconciliation and reporting skills
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to manage collections and follow up on outstanding payments
• No tertiary qualification required

Key Responsibilities:

• Collection of outstanding customer payments
• Full debtors ledger reconciliations
• Account payment reconciliations and reporting
• Invoicing as required
• Managing and maintaining aging reports
• Resolving account queries efficiently

• Well-organised and able to work independently
• Reliable and consistent work ethic
• Ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines
