About The Role
The Clinical Administrative Coordinator position is a vital role within our healthcare operations, primarily focused on coordinating clinical services and administrative processes in a remote setting. This full-time role offers the flexibility to work from anywhere within the United States, with scheduled shifts during our operational hours of 7:00 am to 7:00 pm Pacific Time. The position involves managing communication and documentation related to patient referrals, prior authorizations, and clinical requests, ensuring seamless workflow between hospitals, clinics, and the clinical team. The role requires multitasking, attention to detail, and the ability to handle sensitive information securely. The Clinical Administrative Coordinator acts as a key liaison between healthcare providers, members, and internal teams, contributing to process efficiencies and improved healthcare delivery. Training is provided virtually, and occasional overtime and weekend coverage may be necessary to meet operational needs.
