Role Description

The Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Director will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong client relationships, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction, and driving customer loyalty. This full-time remote role entails managing customer engagement strategies, analyzing client data, and identifying opportunities to enhance customer experience. The role also involves leading initiatives to improve customer retention and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive client communication across all touchpoints.

Qualifications

• Proven expertise in Business Relationship Management and customer engagement strategies
• Strong background in Finance and Financial Services, with the ability to analyze and act on customer insights
• Experience in Portfolio Management, with the ability to oversee and optimize customer portfolios
• Proficiency in Sales strategies and relationship-driven business development
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and decision-making skills
• Experience in luxury goods or fashion industries is a plus
• Familiarity with CRM software and data-driven decision-making
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
