About the Role
This is a sales-driven Patient Care Coordinator / Treatment Consultant role, not a front desk or administrative position.
You will guide prospective patients (often caregivers and families) from initial inquiry through consultation and into treatment—helping them make informed, confident decisions about care.
👉 This role is 70% sales, 30% coordination
👉 You must be comfortable discussing and closing $3,000–$15,000+ treatment programs
Key Responsibilities
• Convert inbound inquiries into scheduled consultations
• Respond to new leads within minutes (speed-to-lead is critical)
• Build trust with patients and caregivers (especially Alzheimer’s families)
• Clearly present and confidently close treatment plans
• Follow structured sales process (training provided)
• Track all activity in CRM (HubSpot)
• Conduct consistent follow-up via phone, text, and email
• Maintain high show rates and close rates
• Re-engage “not yet ready” leads
Compensation Structure
• Base: $18–$26/hour ($3,000–$4,200/month full-time)
Commission:
• 3% on first $20K/month
• 5% on $20K–$50K
• 7% above $50K
Bonuses:
• $25 per patient show
• $100 per closed case
• $300 performance bonus (20+ consults AND >30% close rate)
Expected Earnings
Most team members earn $5,500–$7,000/month
Top performers exceed this range.
