Role Description

The Creative Strategist & Growth Lead is responsible for building, owning, and scaling LVLUP Health’s marketing and growth engine.

This role is accountable for driving revenue, brand authority, customer acquisition, and retention through a unified, high-performance marketing system, as well as managing channels and campaigns.

You will lead the transition from an agency-reliant structure to a cohesive, in-house-led growth engine, integrating creative, performance, affiliates, and lifecycle marketing into a single scalable system.

Growth Strategy & Commercial Execution

• Develop and execute LVLUP Health’s global marketing and growth strategy
• Translate revenue targets into clear:

• Continuously optimise performance across all acquisition and retention channels

Offer, Funnel & Campaign Architecture

• Design and optimise full-funnel customer journeys:

• Bundles and stacks
• Campaign structures
• Ensure alignment across:
• Paid media
• Organic content
• Email/SMS
• Affiliate campaigns

Creative Direction & Content System

• Own and define:

• Messaging frameworks
• Visual direction
• Lead the direction and oversee the production of
• Paid ad creatives
• Social content
• Product and educational assets
• Build scalable content systems aligned with key brand pillars
• Ensure consistency across all platforms and customer touchpoints

Affiliate & Influencer Growth Engine

• Build and scale a structured affiliate program as a core revenue driver
• Define:
• Ideal affiliate profiles
• Recruitment strategy
• Commission structures and incentives
• Develop:
• Campaign frameworks
• Content guidance
• Performance systems
• Oversee:
• Onboarding
• Engagement
• Retention
• Optimise for quality, performance, and long-term brand alignment. Execution is supported by internal or external resources

Agency & External Partner Management

• Manage and direct:
• Paid media agencies
• Creative partners
• Freelancers
• Provide:
• Clear briefs
• Strategic direction

• Evaluate performance and:
• Optimise relationships
• Replace underperforming vendors where required

In-House Marketing Build-Out

• Lead the transition to an in-house marketing function
• Identify:
• Key roles to internalise
• Systems and workflows required
• Build scalable processes for:

• Campaign execution
• Brand governance
• Support hiring and onboarding of internal team members over time

Social Media & Community Oversight

• Oversee social media strategy and execution across all platforms
• Define community engagement approach:

• Work with support teams to ensure:

• High-quality interaction across DMs and comments
• Support development of a community-driven growth and retention engine

Lifecycle Marketing & Retention

• Oversee email and SMS marketing strategy (Klaviyo)
• Optimise:
• Welcome flows
• Abandonment flows
• Post-purchase sequences
• Win-back campaigns
• Collaborate on:
• Loyalty programs
• VIP offers
• Customer retention initiatives

Performance, Data & Optimisation 

• Track and analyse:
• Campaign performance

• Conversion rates
• Build and utilise reporting systems to:
• Inform decision-making
• Optimise campaigns
• Identify growth opportunities
• Drive a culture of:

Qualifications

Proven experience in a Creative Strategist, Growth, or Marketing Lead role within a high-growth business.

Strong Ability To:

• Funnel and campaign design
• Experience in:
• Health, wellness, supplements, or biohacking (preferred)
