Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Job Summary
We are seeking a Customer Service – Property Tax Research team member to support property tax research activities nationwide. This is a trainable, entry‑level role ideal for candidates with customer service experience and strong communication skills who are comfortable conducting online research and speaking with agencies over the phone.
The role focuses on gathering accurate tax‑related information while providing professional communication support to internal teams and external agencies.
Key Responsibilities
- Research property tax information for residential and commercial properties across the U.S.
- Review county and municipality websites to collect tax‑related data.
- Contact tax offices and government agencies by phone to request or verify information.
- Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally and clearly.
- Communicate effectively with clients, agencies, and internal stakeholders.
- Accurately document findings in internal systems and spreadsheets.
- Follow established procedures to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Work collaboratively in a team environment under the guidance of a Team Lead.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Customer service experience (call center, customer support, retail, or office environment preferred).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Comfortable speaking with agencies and offices over the phone.
- Attention to detail and ability to follow processes.
- Basic computer skills and comfort with online research.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
