Client Service and Activation Lead Full Time

Job Description

Insight Global is looking to hire a Client Service and Activation Lead for a client in the benefits industry. This role will support Workday Benefits implementations and ongoing client relationships. This role is split evenly between client-facing project management and hands-on system administration.

This individual will act as a key liaison between clients, Workday integrators, and internal EDI analysts, pulling the right information together to ensure successful file creation and delivery to carriers.

Duties include:

Lead kickoff calls with clients and Workday integrators

Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the implementation and file creation process

-Proactively dig in and ask detailed questions to the client (e.g., Where are we in the file creation process? What data is still needed?)

-Act as a trusted client partner focused on relationship management and alignment

Skills and Requirements

Experience in client relationship management or client-facing project management

Basic understanding of EDI files and file-based integrations

Background in system administration, configuration, or data mapping

Experience partnering with EDI and integration teams
