The Role: CORE Support Specialist I
This role provides front-line operational support for services delivered through Switch’s Combined Ordering Retail Ecosystem (CORE). You act as the primary point of contact for customer incidents and service requests, coordinating with carriers and internal teams to restore service. The role follows defined procedures, supports 24/7 operations, and focuses on accurate execution and customer communication.
