Concrete Coatings Installer / Driver Full Time

We’re looking for a dependable, hands-on Concrete Coatings Technician to join our growing team in Mequon, WI. You’ll help transform garages, basements, patios, and commercial floors using Penntek’s industry-leading polyurea and polyaspartic coating systems.

Experience in painting, flooring, or construction is helpful — but we provide full training for the right candidate who’s ready to learn and work hard.

What You’ll Do

• Assist with prep, repair, and installation of coating systems
• Mix materials, repair cracks, and broadcast decorative flakes
• Apply polyaspartic topcoats with precision and care
• Operate grinders, vacuums, and other tools (training provided)
• Maintain a clean job site and deliver high-quality results
• Communicate respectfully with homeowners and represent M&P professionally
• Safely drive and maneuver company truck and trailer (training provided)

Pay & Growth

• Start at $18/hr during training (first 2 weeks)
• $19/hr after (next 2 weeks, $20/hr after 4 weeks)
• Additional raises based on performance, efficiency, and skill
• Top technicians earn up to $25/hr
• Clear advancement path to Lead Installer or Foreman

What We’re Looking For

• Valid driver’s license (required) and reliable transportation
• Experience in painting, construction, or flooring is a plus
• Strong work ethic — punctual, dependable, and eager to learn
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and work on your feet all day
• Comfortable working outdoors and in garages/basements
• Positive attitude, attention to detail, and teamwork mindset

Schedule:

• Monday–Friday (occasional overtime)
• 8–10 hour shifts

Location:

Mequon, WI 53092 (must be able to commute daily)

Pay: $18.00 – $25.00 per hour

Experience:

• Residential painting: 1 year (Preferred)
• Truck/Trailer: 1 year (Preferred)
