General Laborer – Installer Full Time

Duties

• Assist with the installation of fixtures, cabinetry, doors, windows, and other building components using hand tools and power tools
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction drawings to ensure accurate installation procedures
• Operate heavy equipment and machinery safely to support site preparation and material handling
• Perform concrete finishing, masonry work, roofing, framing, drywall installation, and other trade-specific tasks as needed
• Conduct site inspections to verify work quality, safety compliance, and adherence to project specifications
• Support demolition, restoration, and remodeling activities by preparing surfaces and installing necessary materials
• Use construction management software like Bluebeam for documentation and project coordination

Qualifications

• Prior experience in construction site work or related fields is preferred but not required; a strong willingness to learn is valued
• Knowledge of hand tools, power tools, heavy equipment operation, and safety protocols on construction sites
• Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings accurately
• Familiarity with various trades including plumbing, electrical systems, carpentry (including trim carpentry), stucco application, tile laying, flooring installation, drywall hanging, caulking, plastering, welding, masonry, roofing techniques, glass installation, fixture mounting and more
• Strong physical stamina with the ability to lift heavy materials and stand for extended periods
• Excellent teamwork skills with a proactive attitude towards safety and quality standards
