Role Overview

Illuminate is seeking a Clinical Services Manager to serve as a strategic clinical partner across both Illuminate and non-Illuminate navigation sites. This role acts as a nurse navigator–style leader who bridges sales, product development, implementation, and ongoing client success.

The Clinical Services Manager ensures that clinical workflows are designed, implemented, optimized, and evolved to deliver measurable client value and return on investment (ROI). This position plays a critical role throughout the client lifecycle—from pre-sales demonstrations and solution design through post-implementation optimization and expansion.

Key Responsibilities

Client Success & Patient Engagement Management

• Directly contact and engage patients to support navigation workflows, care coordination, Education, and adherence.
• Ensure patient interactions align with approved clinical protocols, client expectations, and regulatory standards.
• Act as a clinical extension of client teams while representing Illuminate’s best practices and navigation model.
• Serve as the primary clinical liaison for assigned client accounts, ensuring ongoing value realization and satisfaction.
• Manage post-implementation success, including adoption, outcomes tracking, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Sales Support & Growth Enablement

• Act as a clinical expert supporting the sales process, including demonstrations, discovery conversations, and workflow design discussions.
• Translate clinical and operational needs into value-based solution positioning for prospective and existing clients.
• Support the sales team to help identify upsell and expansion opportunities based on client needs, workflows, and performance insights.

Product Development & Optimization

• Serve as the primary conduit between clients and product development, ensuring clinical feedback is translated into actionable enhancements.
• Collaborate with internal teams to design, test, and refine clinical workflows and navigation models.
• Recommend and implement optimization changes to improve usability, outcomes, and efficiency.

Implementation/Deployment Involvement

• Support clinical workflow build, modification, and implementation across new and existing clients.
• Ensure successful go-live experiences and adoption of Illuminate solutions.
• Support change management and stakeholder engagement throughout implementations.

Thought Leadership

• Contribute to clinical or industry thought leadership, including best practices, presentations, case studies, or publications as appropriate.
• Represent Illuminate as a trusted clinical partner to clients and external stakeholders.

Qualifications & Experience Required

• Registered Nurse (RN), BSN required
• Minimum of 5 years of healthcare experience
• Experience in account management, consulting, or operational improvement roles focused on improving people, processes, or systems
• Strong understanding of clinical workflows, care navigation, and healthcare operations
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Preferred

• Experience working with digital health tools, care navigation platforms, or healthcare technology solutions
• Familiarity with value-based care, ROI measurement, or implementation management

Travel Requirements
