Job Title: Shipping Associate
PAY: Up to $30/hr depending on experience.
Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Shipping Associate to support our outbound shipping operations. This role involves packing, inspecting, and preparing shipping documentation, as well as coordinating shipments using FedEx, UPS, and DHL. The successful candidate will support both domestic and international shipping and track shipments using Google Suite and internal systems such as Zoho.
Responsibilities
Support outbound shipping operations only, with no inbound responsibilities.
Perform packing, inspection, and preparation of shipping documentation.
Coordinate shipments using FedEx, UPS, and DHL systems.
Support domestic and international shipping processes.
Track shipments using Google Suite and internal systems like Zoho.
Essential Skills
Experience in shipping and logistics.
ERP systems
Proficiency with FedEx, UPS, and DHL systems.
Valid driver’s license.
ITAR compliance knowledge.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment.
Familiarity with systems such as Zoho, Salesforce, or similar platforms.
Proficiency in Google Suite and MS Office (Excel, Word).
Candidates with strong shipping experience from retail or distribution environments will also be considered

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Culver City, CA.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $23.00 – $23.00/hr.
