Business Development Executive Full Time NEW

Key Job Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities in industrial and marine engine markets.
• Promote MTU and ZF Engineering engine solutions for industrial, marine, and power applications.
• Understand customer requirements and provide suitable product/technical recommendations.
• Prepare and deliver sales presentations, quotations, and technical proposals.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships and act as the main point of contact.
• Collaborate with engineering and service teams to ensure accurate product specifications and after-sales support.
• Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of market trends, competitor offerings, and industry developments.
• Attend exhibitions, trade fairs, and networking events to represent the company.
• Achieve sales targets, report regularly on business development progress, and maintain CRM records.
• Assist in developing marketing materials and regional sales strategies.
• Ensure compliance with UAE business regulations and company policies.
• Liaise with government and port authorities for project support and client coordination where applicable.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in business development or sales (preferably in engines, heavy machinery, or power systems).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Fluency in a European language is required.
• Proficiency in English; Arabic is a plus.
• Experience in the UAE or GCC market is preferred.
• Strong presentation, negotiation, and customer relationship skills.
• Ability to travel regionally and internationally.
• UAE driving license is an advantage.
• Experience working with MTU engines, ZF Engineering products, or similar high-performance engine systems is an advantage.
