About The Role
We are expanding due to major storm demand and hiring Entry-Level Storm Damage Experts / Roof Inspectors to join our fast-growing team.
No roofing experience? ✅ We train you.
No inspection experience? ✅ We train you.
No ceiling on income? ✅ Correct.
You’ll inspect residential properties for weather damage, educate homeowners, and guide them through the restoration process using our proven BCR 101 System.
Average First-Year Earnings: $63,840 – $98,320
Top Performers: $150,000 – $170,000+
Effort = Income.
What You’ll Be Doing
✔ Conduct storm damage inspections (Drone use available)
✔ Meet homeowners and build strong relationships
✔ Educate customers on damage findings
✔ Present solutions and proposals
✔ Work directly with insurance adjusters
✔ Track activity in our CRM system
✔ Attend required Monday & Friday morning team meetings
✔ Work outdoors — no desk confinement

✔ Valid driver’s license

✔ Basic computer skills
✔ Sales/customer service experience is a PLUS (not required)
