Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Limited HMO Boom Operator to join our team in NYC.
This is a unique, career-defining opportunity offering a direct pathway into the Carpenters Union (Local 1556) — something not typically accessible through standard hiring routes.
Successful candidates will begin at the Journeyperson (B Rate) and progress to Certified Journeyperson status after 7,500 hours (approx. 2–3 years), unlocking significantly higher compensation and full union book status.
