Job Summary
We are seeking a 1-4 year experienced Desktop Support Technician to join our IT team. You’ll be supporting our client that has multiple stores and your role will be to perform remote support for the stores as well as travel to stores when needed to be in person for tech support.
The ideal candidate will show up consistently on time, provide exceptional technical support and troubleshooting for a variety of hardware and software issues. This role requires strong communication skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. The Desktop Support
Schedule:
Mon – Fri: 9AM – 5PM with OT as requested
