Seeking a Software Developer for a 200+ FTE technical development program supporting the Customer’s Entitlement Programs as well as IdAM /ICAM, Authentication, Authorization, Attributes and Digital Policy Management. The Software Engineer will work with a large team of developers, software engineers and data engineers. The successful candidate will support continuity of our customer’s mission by helping to modernize and implement industry standards while ensuring secure, reliable, and uninterrupted availability of IT systems.

Mandatory Requirements
- Developmental (0-2 years’ experience)
- Full Performance (3-5 years’ experience)
- Senior (6-10 years’ experience)
- Expert (11-15 years’ experience)
- SME (16+ years’ experience)
- BS degree and 16+ years of relevant experience
- Must have experience with Java, spring boot, Angular (Typescript), and the Cloud / Amazon Web Services
- Prior experience reading and developing solutions to customer requirements and specifications
- Prior experience developing custom ETL
- Knowledge of Git, Jenkins, selenium, and Rundeck
- Experiencing working in Command Line (RH Linux)
Optional Requirements
- Understanding and knowledge with Identity and Accessibility development practices
- Experience with automation methodologies like selenium
- Experience with containerization and modular development
- Familiarity with UI/UX Design
- Full Stack Development
- Certification – Amazon Web Services (AWS)
