About the Role
We are looking for a Behavioral Health Outreach & Referral Coordinator to support Marketing Powered’s expansion into mental health, substance use treatment, and behavioral healthcare markets.
This role is ideal for someone with experience or strong familiarity in behavioral health, addiction treatment, mental health services, admissions, outreach, referral development, alumni relations, sober living, case management, community partnerships, or treatment center operations.
The person in this role will help identify, organize, and support referral relationships, community outreach opportunities, provider partnerships, and market intelligence efforts that strengthen behavioral health growth strategies.
This is not a traditional sales role. It is a strategic outreach and relationship development role designed to support smarter growth infrastructure for behavioral health providers.

Compensation and Growth
Compensation will depend on experience, background, and role structure. We are seeking a high level of expertise. Starting level of $100,000 + (depending on experience and book of business)
