Mr. Handyman of Northern Virginia – Arlington to Haymarket is hiring a Scheduling & Sales Coordinator to manage incoming customer requests, coordinate daily schedules, and help turn opportunities into booked work.
This is more than a traditional CSR role—you’ll be at the center of operations, helping drive both customer experience and business performance.
What You’ll Be Responsible For
Customer Calls & Booking
- Answer inbound calls and guide customers through scheduling services
- Convert inquiries into booked appointments by clearly communicating value
- Handle questions, concerns, and objections with confidence
- Follow up on open estimates and unscheduled jobs to increase booking rates
Scheduling & Dispatch
- Build and manage the daily schedule using ServiceTitan
- Match the right technician to the right job for maximum efficiency
- Adjust schedules throughout the day as priorities shift
- Keep technicians informed with clear job details and updates
Office & Operations Support
- Maintain accurate customer and job information in ServiceTitan
- Communicate between customers and field team to keep jobs on track
- Monitor job progress and proactively update customers
- Assist with outbound calls, rehash efforts, and customer follow-up
What You Bring
- 3–5+ years of experience in customer service, dispatching, or inside sales
- Strong phone presence and ability to build trust quickly
- Highly organized with strong multitasking skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment
- Detail-oriented with strong follow-through
- Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
- ServiceTitan experience preferred (or similar CRM/dispatch system)
- Home services, construction, or field service experience is a plus
Compensation & Benefits
- $18–$22/hour + performance-based bonuses

- Full-time, in-office role (Manassas, VA)
- Monday – Friday
- 1 Saturday per month
