CDL-A Shuttle Supervisor – 2nd Shift | Toledo, OH
General Trucking is hiring a CDL-A Shuttle Supervisor to lead our Toledo shuttle operations on 2nd shift.
This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for overseeing daily shuttle operations, supporting drivers, and ensuring freight moves efficiently and on time.
Position Overview:
- Location: Toledo, OH
- Shift: 2nd Shift (4:00 PM start time)
- Schedule: Monday – Saturday
- Compensation: $90,000 annually (based on experience)
What You’ll Do:
- Supervise and support daily shuttle operations
- Coordinate driver schedules and ensure coverage
- Act as the main point of contact for drivers during shift
- Monitor performance, address issues, and keep operations running smoothly
- Communicate with dispatch, safety, and management teams
- Step in and assist operationally when needed
What We’re Looking For:
- Valid CDL-A License
- Experience in transportation, dispatch, or operations
- Leadership or supervisory experience preferred
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, hands-on environment
- Dependable, organized, and team-oriented
