Role Description

The Data Entry Manager will oversee and optimize data entry processes, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and compliance with company standards. Responsibilities include managing a team of data entry staff, maintaining data integrity within company systems, implementing quality control measures, and generating periodic reports for internal stakeholders. This is a full-time, on-site role based in the New York City Metropolitan Area.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Data Management and Typing with strong attention to detail and a focus on accuracy.
• Strong Analytical Skills and the ability to identify patterns, trends, and process improvement opportunities.
• Effective Communication and leadership skills for managing a team and collaborating cross-functionally.
• Customer Service experience to handle inquiries and maintain positive client relationships.
• Proficiency in relevant software tools and applications, such as data management systems and Excel.
• Ability to work efficiently in an on-site office environment and meet deadlines under pressure.
• Previous management experience in a similar role and a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field is preferred.
