There is no cold calling here; you will only be talking to people who have already received quotes from us.
This position is 100% Inbound with no cold calling.

Location: Remote
Time Commitment: 20-28 hrs. per week

Pay: $20/hr to start ($23 if Spanish bilungual)
Figure on making $400 to $800 per week with us. The time you work during training is all paid time. At the successful conclusion of your training period, you will receive a $500 Welcome Aboard bonus.
We prefer that you not have any prior life insurance experience.
We pay for all licenses fees but you must have in hand a valid state life insurance license on your start date.

What We’re Looking For:
Our team is looking to bring on customer-obsessed and energetic remote customer/inside sales agents (no cold calling) to advise our customers on their insurance purchasing decision, help complete their applications and then follow up through underwriting to make sure they get the policy they want. This is an ideal job for Moms and college students or any qualified candidate.
Prospective customers contact us as a result of our national adversiting and partnership arrangements. The beauty of this business model is that the customer reaches out to us – you don’t have to do a thing.
This role requires that you be friendly, upbeat, patient and understanding on every call — no high pressure here — and that you have superb script-reading abilities. We will our customers with kindness and aggressively follow up on quotes you will provide.
We offer family-flexible hours, your choice of 20-28 hours per week. Our natiional advertising and marketing partners drive customers to call us, which is where you come in. Tthat’s right, there is no prospecting or cold calling here. Our telephone agents are professionally trained to match our clients with the right life insurance plan from our roster of 50+ top-rated insurance companies. You’ll play a critical role in providing peace of mind to our customers and their families.
What You’ll Need:
- A state-issued life insurance license in hand on your start date
- Availability to work nights, weekends and some weekdays
- Positive “customer-first” attitude – we’re huge customer advocates and will expect you to treat every caller as if they’re a long-lost cousin.
- Strong sense of internal motivation – coachability is a must! We’re looking for sales agents who want to develop a lucrative career, tackle new opportuities and grow both personally and professionally.
- Ability to consistently achieve a monthly quota. Don’t worry, practice makes perfect and we’ll help you along every step of the way!
- A completed or in-progress 4-year degree in business, economics or a business-related major

We are open 7 AM to 11 PM Central Time, flex shifts are available. This is a busy call center job where you will be aswering inbound phone calls from life insurance buyers who want to buy. You’ll be quoting and advising and completing applications in a cheerful, helpful way with no sales pressure and —NO COLD CALLING!
You’ll love our 50-company rater that has underwriting guidelines built-in. We have a life insurnce plan for everybody from $5,000 to $25 million, regardless of their health history. You’ll be writing applications for term life, whole life, universal life, final expense life. We will train you and pay all licensing costs.
