What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Provide empathetic, first-class support to customers via phone and email, managing inbound and outbound calls
• Process, validate, and respond to inbound medical record requests while adhering to HIPAA regulations
• Review patient insurance claims and verify benefits using online portals
• Manage multiple software applications and accurately document correspondence to maintain account information
• Track metrics and provide detailed reporting on customer experience and resolution rates

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience
• Minimum of 1 year of call center experience
• Healthcare support experience
• Technical support experience
• Experience with health insurance verifications (highly preferred)

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• Experience in medical billing or coding (highly preferred)
• Familiarity with data entry and HIPAA regulations
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong adaptability to ambiguity and attention to detail
• Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment
