Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Richardson, TX, for a Finance Accounting Manager. The successful candidate will oversee financial and accounting processes, ensure accurate financial reporting, manage budgeting activities, and provide insights to support strategic decision-making. Day-to-day responsibilities will include preparing and analyzing financial statements, managing budgets, ensuring compliance with financial regulations, and conducting detailed financial analysis to drive company growth and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Experience with Financial Statements, Financial Reporting, and ensuring accuracy in reporting processes
• Strong expertise in Finance and Budgeting to manage company resources responsibly
• Proven Analytical Skills for identifying trends, risks, and opportunities in financial data
• Knowledge of financial regulations and ability to ensure compliance
• Exceptional organizational and leadership skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CPA or CMA certification is a plus)
• Proficiency in financial software and tools
• Experience in land development or real estate is preferred
