Senior Technical Account Manager /Customer Service Consultant
– Specialty Pharma Patient Access & HUB Services
We are seeking a high-caliber Senior Technical Account Manager to lead technical strategy for our Access and Patient Support division. In this critical role, you will act as a consultant and bridge between specialty pharmaceutical manufacturers and our advanced technology platforms. Your mission is to remove barriers to care, ensuring patients can access, afford, and remain on the therapies they need for a better quality of life.
You will use your rich healthcare domain expertise and proactive consulting skills to solve complex technical challenges for some of the largest pharmaceutical manufacturers in the country, acting as the primary technical expert for their programs.
Location: Remote / Hybrid (Dallas, TX Area)
