What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Create and maintain provider schedule templates for clinics and ancillary services
• Manage scheduling application setup, including creating, updating, and removing templates as needed
• Monitor cancellations of physician clinic schedules and follow up with assigned scheduling providers
• Perform quality checks on assigned facility schedules to report any discrepancies to management
• Develop and monitor reports on patient volumes to support decision-making

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience, including 1 year of Template Builder experience
• General knowledge of office procedures and operations
• Ability to communicate effectively in both oral and written forms
• Ability to maintain effective interpersonal relationships

• Relevant education, certifications, and/or work experience may enhance candidacy
• Skill in data entry with minimal errors
• Ability to accurately prepare and maintain records, files, reports, and correspondence
