We’re looking for ambitious, competitive individuals who want to break into the sports industry and build a long-term career as a sports agent.

What You’ll Do
- Connect with student-athletes and families who have requested information
- Guide athletes through the college recruitment process
- Build relationships and develop your own portfolio of clients
- Follow up with leads and maintain strong communication
- Present and explain ASM Sports programs with confidence
- Close deals and manage agreements
- Collaborate with a high-performance, competitive team

Requirements
- Sales experience is a plus, but not required (we train you)
- Ability to handle high call volume (200+ calls/emails/text messages per day)
- Strong communication and persuasion skills
- Organized with the ability to manage follow-ups
- Sports background or knowledge preferred (former college athletes, trainers, or coaches)
Compensation
- Uncapped commission structure
- Expected earnings: $75,000+ per year
- Top performers earn significantly more
