What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Perform clerical and secretarial duties, including word processing, filing, copying, scanning, and document management
• Utilize computer applications for database entry, scheduling, reporting, and ordering
• Greet and direct patients, visitors, physicians, and vendors, and answer telephones professionally
• Maintain and monitor office supplies, equipment, and inventory, including creating requisitions and coordinating with Material Management
• Assist in the reprocessing of surgical instruments and support aseptic technique in the Operating Room as needed

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• High school diploma or equivalent experience
• 0-2 years of experience in a healthcare, clinical setting, or a relevant area
• All experience must be paid and in the same related field
• Part-time and PRN experience will be prorated based on hours worked per week
• An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered
