Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Vice President of Store Operations. In this role, you will oversee the strategic and operational leadership of the store network, ensuring performance excellence and profitability. Responsibilities include managing P&L, driving sales, optimizing store management operations, enhancing customer service standards, and overseeing the launch of new store openings. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to align operations with the company’s overall vision and goals.

Qualifications

• Experience in P&L Management and a demonstrated ability to drive profitability
• Strong Sales and Customer Service acumen to enhance performance and client experiences
• Proven success in Store Management, including operational oversight
• Experience with New Store Openings, including planning, execution, and team development
• Exceptional leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in an international and remote setting
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field; MBA is a plus
• Familiarity with luxury or jewelry retail markets is an advantage
