Experience: Previous property management, leasing, or administrative experience preferred.

Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; college coursework is a plus.

Schedule: Monday – Friday, Day Shift (Ability to work weekends as needed)

HH Staffing is seeking an Assistant Property Manager to join a growing and dynamic team!

Job Description

• Assist with daily property operations, leasing activities, and resident relations.
• Support rent collections, delinquency follow-up, and processing of payments.
• Respond to resident inquiries, concerns, and maintenance requests professionally and promptly.
• Assist with lease renewals, move-ins, move-outs, and resident file management.
• Help ensure compliance with company policies, Fair Housing regulations, and property procedures.
• Coordinate with maintenance staff to ensure timely completion of work orders and unit readiness.
• Prepare reports, notices, and other administrative documentation as needed.
• Assist with marketing efforts, resident retention initiatives, and community events.
• Provide excellent customer service to residents, prospects, vendors, and team members.

Position Requirements

• Strong customer service, organizational, and communication skills.
• Knowledge of property management software and Microsoft Office applications preferred.
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Understanding of Fair Housing regulations and leasing practices preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
