Role Description

This is a remote contract role for a Major Account Manager focusing on finding clients in the $1.5T global telecom industry or the $300B global SaaS industry. Our software can generate significant additional residual revenue from the existing client bases of the prospects. The Major Account Manager will be responsible for acquiring and managing high-value client accounts, ensuring client satisfaction, and building long-term relationships. The role involves conducting strategic sales planning, tracking account performance, and delivering on revenue targets while offering solutions aligned with client needs.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Account Management and Sales processes, including prospecting, negotiation, and deal closure
• Strong Communication skills for building and maintaining client relationships
• Analytical Skills to evaluate account performance and develop growth strategies
• Commitment to achieving Customer Satisfaction through personalized service and solutions
• Experience working with video conferencing platforms (Zoom, TeamMeetings, or similar services) is preferred
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is desirable
• Proven ability to work independently in a remote setting
• Additional expertise in enterprise-level sales or technology solutions is a plus
