MONDAY – FRIDAY 830AM-5PM

EAST RUTHERFORD, NJ (ON SITE ONLY)

Qualifications

• 4-5 years of administrative/exec admin/front desk experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and PeopleSoft
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines.
• Professionalism and discretion in handling confidential information.

Description

• Greet and assist visitors in a courteous and professional manner.
• Answer and direct incoming calls; provide general information or route to appropriate staff.
• Schedule and organize meetings, conference calls, and appointments.
• Prepare materials for meetings and events, including documents, catering, and logistics.
• Coordinate travel arrangements and manage expense reports.
• Assist with property management tasks such as billing, collections, and tenant communications.
• Manage office supplies, IT support coordination, and facility maintenance.
• Support internal communications and assist with marketing and development initiatives.
• Plan and manage broker and client events.
• Handle invoice coding and processing.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of East Rutherford, NJ.

Pay And Benefits

The pay range for this position is $26.00 – $33.00/hr.
