A global aesthetic laser manufacturer is expanding its North American commercial team and is hiring across Territory Manager, Area Sales Manager, and Area Business Director levels, depending on experience.

These opportunities are targeted specifically at professionals with experience selling aesthetic or medical laser technology who thrive in high‑performance, new‑business sales environments.

The opportunity

• Sell capital aesthetic laser systems into physician‑led practices
• Heavily new‑business focused role (approximately 75–80%)
• Full ownership of the sales cycle from prospecting through close
• Field‑based positions covering territories across the United States and Canada
• Strong autonomy and clear progression for top performers

Who this could be for:

Territory Manager (TM)

• Current or recent laser reps, or high‑activity sales professionals transitioning into lasers
• Comfortable with cold calling, door knocking, and daily field activity
• Motivated by uncapped commission and growth into senior capital roles

Area Sales Manager (ASM)

• Proven aesthetic or medical laser closers carrying a seven‑figure quota
• Strong pipeline builders with consistent top‑tier results
• Confident running demos, negotiations, and complex capital deals

Area Business Director (ABD)

• Established leaders within aesthetic or laser device sales
• Documented history of elite performance (Presidents Club or equivalent)
• Able to coach teams while still personally driving revenue
