Key Job Responsibilities
- Develop, and manage annual budgets in collaboration with department heads.
- Monitor budget performance and provide variance analysis.
- Prepare detailed financial reports, including cost summaries and variance analysis.
- Track & manage fixed and variable costs to maintain budgetary discipline.
- Ensure compliance with internal financial policies and external regulatory standards.
- Work closely with project managers & department heads to align budgets with operational needs.
- Work & coordinate with external stakeholders & banks to ensure smooth banking transactions.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, Economics/ Business Administration/Management.
- 3-5 years of professional financial experience and background.
- Expertise in preparing, managing & analyzing budgets.
- Proficiency in cost analysis, reduction strategies and control mechanisms.
- Experience with audits & ensuring adherence to compliance standards.
- Professional & advanced / Hands-on working experience in Microsoft Excel.
- Thorough understanding financial requirements & regulations and accounting standards.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to create annual budget reports.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
