Starting Salary: $108,000/year
Must hold active BCBA certification – we are not considering students or candidates pursuing certification.
Achievers ABA Therapy is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide in-home ABA services to children and families across the Indianapolis area.
Spanish-speaking BCBAs are strongly encouraged to apply, as part of our caseload includes Spanish-speaking families.
This role is ideal for clinicians who value hands-on, in-home work—supporting children’s development while partnering closely with families and caregivers in real-world environments.
Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBA) in-home
Develop and oversee individualized treatment plans
Supervise and support RBTs delivering in-home services
Provide caregiver training and parent coaching
Monitor client progress and adjust programming as needed
Collaborate with families and support systems in home settings
Ensure clinical integrity and adherence to ABA best practices
Support communication with Spanish-speaking families when applicable
Active BCBA certification (required)
Master’s degree in ABA, psychology, education, or related field
Experience with pediatric populations preferred
Reliable transportation for travel throughout the Indianapolis area
Strong clinical judgment, communication, and leadership skills
Spanish language skills are a plus
Comfortable working in in-home environments
$108,000/year starting salary
