Johns Insurance Group is expanding and actively hiring motivated individuals to step into a Client Wellness Plan Specialist role. This position is ideal for candidates looking to build a long-term career in Health & Life Insurance Sales and Client Account Management within a fast-paced, high-performance environment.
As a Client Wellness Plan Specialist, you’ll work directly with clients to understand their needs, present tailored wellness and health coverage options, and manage ongoing relationships. You’ll receive hands-on training, mentorship, and a structured path designed to help you grow and succeed.

- Connect with clients to evaluate their health and wellness coverage needs
- Present and explain plan options in a clear and professional manner
- Manage and support client accounts throughout the process
