Hiring: Full-Stack AI Product Engineer

Remote (Overlap with US Pacific Hours Preferred)

Full-Time

We’re looking for an engineer who can take messy, ambiguous customer problems and turn them into production-ready software — end to end.

This isn’t a role where specs are perfectly defined or where work gets split between frontend, backend, PM, and design teams. You’ll own complete product slices: from data models and APIs to mobile workflows, analytics dashboards, and AI-powered tooling.

The software we build runs in real operational environments — manufacturing, agriculture, mining — where correctness, reliability, and usability matter.

What you’ll work on:

• AI agents and AI-assisted workflows

• Full-stack product development

• Computer vision and sensor data systems

• Mobile capture flows + desktop analytics tools

• Production deployments and real customer feedback loops

• Large-scale operational and statistical data problems

We’re looking for someone who:

✔ Thinks like a product engineer, not just a coder

✔ Makes strong technical and UX decisions independently

✔ Understands data modeling, APIs, and scalable systems

✔ Has experience with AI tooling/agent design

✔ Can balance speed, correctness, and usability

✔ Enjoys solving messy real-world problems

Bonus if you’ve worked with:

• Computer vision

• Statistical analysis/sampling systems

• Industrial or operational data

• Sensor fusion or edge environments

Interview Process:

Paid technical trial → build a small production-style feature module including backend, frontend, analytics, and AI tooling.
