LLC and Corporation Filing Specialist – Casper Office (In-Person)

Registered Agent Attorney is an established Registered Agent here in Wyoming. We help a wealth of clients to setup LLCs and maintain them. We are seeking a full-time LLC and Corporation Filing Specialist for our Casper office to file and maintain LLCs four our clients.

What You’ll Do

• Manage client files and case workflow, ensuring documents, tasks, and deadlines move forward accurately and on time
• Prepare, format, and organize LLC and legal documents for attorney review and filing
• Coordinate with clients, the State, and agencies, following up as needed to keep matters progressing

What We’re Looking For

• Case ownership & follow-through: Ability to manage matters from intake through completion, tracking deadlines, next steps, and ensuring nothing falls through the cracks.
• Strong document and case management skills: Prepare, organize, and maintain legal documents and client files (physical and digital) with accuracy and consistency.
• Professional client and court coordination: Communicate clearly and professionally with clients, attorneys, courts, and agencies while maintaining confidentiality.
• Organized, proactive workflow management: Comfortable juggling multiple matters, prioritizing tasks independently, and supporting attorneys in a structured, fast-moving office environment.

Compensation & Benefits

• $20/hour
• Full-time (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM)
