Role Description

This is a remote role for a Health Coach who will guide and support clients in achieving personalized health and wellness goals. Day-to-day tasks include creating tailored wellness plans, providing coaching on nutrition and weight management, educating clients on health and wellness practices, and tracking client progress. Additionally, the coach will provide motivation and accountability to support long-term habits and improved quality of life.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in nutrition and weight management to help clients develop healthy eating habits and manage their fitness goals effectively.
• Experience in wellness coaching and health and wellness practices, with a holistic approach to supporting client needs.
• Strong coaching skills, including the ability to listen actively, motivate clients, and foster sustainable behavioral changes.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to connect with diverse clients.
• Relevant certifications or qualifications in health and wellness coaching, nutrition, or a related field are preferred.
• Self-motivated and organized, with the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
