Columbia Memorial Hospital (CMH) is seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner to join our Pulmonology & Sleep Medicine Clinic in Astoria, Oregon.
Function/Duties of Position
Provide outpatient services in our Pulmonology & Sleep Medicine Clinic
Clinic Schedule: 36 patient care hours per week with 4 hours of administrative time.
Administrative and other duties may be assigned based on department needs and your areas of expertise and interest.
Required Qualifications
Completion of an accredited Nurse Practitioner training program.
National certification is required.
Demonstrated ability to work with a team of health care providers and collaborate to achieve patient care goals.
Experience working in an interdisciplinary setting.
Communication skills and the ability to collaborate with other clinicians in the work unit.
Current Oregon Nurse Practitioner license.
DEA certification.
BLS Certification issued by the American Heart Association
