Product Manager, Software & Data Full Time

Xpanner is looking for a Product Manager, Jobsite Software & Data Platform to help build software products that connect construction equipment, jobsite workflows, machine data, and customer operations.

Our software platform helps customers understand what is happening in the field: what work has been completed, how machines are performing, where productivity is improving, and where issues need attention.

This role is ideal for a product manager who enjoys working with customers, field workflows, software engineers, designers, and data. You will help turn real jobsite activity into useful dashboards, reports, workflows, and customer-facing software experiences.

What You Will Do

· Work with customers and field teams to understand construction workflows and jobsite software needs.

· Define product requirements for Xpanner Connect and related software products.

· Own features such as dashboards, map-based progress tracking, machine data visualization, production reporting, alerts, user permissions, and admin workflows.

· Translate customer problems into user stories, PRDs, acceptance criteria, and release plans.

· Work with software engineers, designers, data engineers, hardware PMs, field teams, and sales.

· Prioritize roadmap items based on customer value, business impact, technical feasibility, and product strategy.

· Support product demos, customer feedback loops, field testing, release communication, and post-launch improvements.

What We Are Looking For

· Experience in B2B software product management, SaaS, platform products, dashboards, workflow tools, or data products.

· Strong customer discovery and workflow mapping skills.

· Ability to translate operational problems into clear software requirements.

· Experience working with engineering, design, QA, and cross-functional teams.

· Comfort with data, metrics, reporting, and product analytics.

· Strong written and verbal communication skills.

· Ability to operate in a fast-moving startup environment.

· Willingness to visit field sites when needed to understand users and real workflows.

Nice to Have

· Experience in construction tech, industrial SaaS, field operations software, fleet management, IoT, robotics, or machine data platforms.

· Familiarity with maps, GPS/GNSS, telematics, machine data, or connected devices.

· Experience with enterprise customers, integrations, security reviews, or customer onboarding.

· Experience with Jira, Figma, SQL, analytics tools, APIs, or data visualization.
